Because Everyone Deserves Support
“As long-time mental health advocates, we are honored to support the invaluable and impressive work of SamaraCare. When one person’s mental health improves, the lives of those around them also improve. By supporting SamaraCare, you’re helping enhance mental wellness for those in our communities and beyond.”
-Amanda & Larry Hartley

Why Give
All too often, financial hardship, the high cost of mental health care and limited insurance coverage prevent people from accessing the high quality mental health services they need – or even from seeking help in the first place. In recent years, especially with the pandemic and its aftermath, there’s been a dramatic increase in the need for mental health services to deal with issues like depression, anxiety, job loss, serious illness, social isolation, suicidal thoughts and more.
The need for affordable access to mental health care is at the core of SamaraCare’s mission, and your financial support enables us to provide reduced cost services to those who may desperately need care but cannot afford it on their own. By giving, you can provide hope and treatment that can heal individuals, unite families, restore relationships and strengthen communities. You have the ability to help people change their future for the better.
How Your Gift Is Used
SamaraCare is highly efficient when spending your contributions. Historically, we spend between 81% -84% of every donated dollar on the delivery of mental health services. The remainder is spent on overhead, including fundraising, and administrative expenses. SamaraCare has maintained platinum level status with GuideStar and a four-star rating from Charity Navigator.
